I believe MoonPay is legal. MoonPay is an online payment system which allows users to make online payments with cryptocurrencies. The company is founded in 2018 by a team of computer programmers and IT specialists in Singapore.

Some are more legit than others. Turn off your add blocker and search "moon" "pay" "bitcoin" and some of the sites are more sketchy than others. I've heard of moonpay and paymoon, both are fairly established. Knowing what URL your on would help. Moonpay is definitely a scam. I learned first hand.
What's the plan for moonpay?
Not a reply from any one. So, the plan is to compile a list of user who have order via MoonPay and never got their XLM, etc and go to them as a group. Customer service is total crap and now into stealing from customers in guise of pending transactions and hoping customers will let their hard-earned monies go.
